WERX Design is a design firm specializing in technical outerwear, functional apparel, gloves, bags, and accessories. We work hands on through the entire product creation process, to bring brands products from ideas to reality.

Background

WERX was founded in 2005, to work with leading apparel and gear companies in their quest to break new levels of performance, and innovate in new categories. We enjoy working on products we use in activities we love, and strive to re-think new ways of construction, fit, and function. We believe in a problem solving approach to design, test a lot of product, challenge factories to work in new ways, and meld old world craftsmanship with today's needs for functionality and fit.

Headquarters

Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, the WERX team has the opportunity to have the outdoor elements at their finger tips.  Whether it be able to actively watch the outdoor community engage in their activities, for trend purposes, or may it give the opportunity to test concepts, gear, and equipment right out our front doors, it truly allows us to be in the heart of an amazing environment that feeds our creativity and inspires us daily.  Our studio is set up in the way that is conducive to product design summits, proto reviews, and energetic brainstorming meetings.

Asia Office

Since 2009 we have operated a WERX office in Western Asia with full time WERX staff, to handle operations in a that we do not travel to frequently.  This office supports design, manages sourcing & production from this region, and gives us an advantage to help fulfill the needs of our clients.
